Thick-cut bacon
Flake's Dry Rub
Instructions
Dry rubbed thick-cut bacon
1. Preheat oven to 385°F
2. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper, aluminum foil to protect your pan, and quicker cleanup.
3. Add Flake's Dry Rub to a large plate, shallow dish (enough to coat both sides of bacon you plan to bake).
4. Take a single slice of bacon and dredge in Flake's Dry Rub. Make sure to coat both sides of bacon.
5. Lay the slices on a lined baking sheet, making sure not to overlap.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or desired doneness.
7. Let cool.
