Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

1 pound of brussel sprouts (cleaned and trimmed)

3 - 4 tabelespoons of olive oil

Flakes's Dry Rub

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Wash/clean Brussel sprouts.

  3. Cut in half (length-wise).

  4. Lay sprouts on a well seasoned sheet pan (or use parchment paper or foil to protect your pan) and coat with olive oil, then add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Flake's Dry Rub and mix together.

  5. Place brussel sprouts cut side down on sheet pan for maximum color. Put into oven and cook for 25-30 minutes or preferred carmelization/crispness.
